I cant'duplicate the Mindmeisters in the new version. What a pity!

I believe this last release was a tragic step backwards.  Fix what is broken not what isn't.  What happened to changing the color of a node?

Loosing the backgroung color option is disastrous for me. I cannot work any more. You should inform your customers before making such modification. When will it be fixed? Please answer urgently.

Latest web version.  How do we print?

The current web version "history" function is not working, so I cannot undo steps. And  the "create-as-map" function is not working either.  I have logged tickets for these issues, but they are "awaiting assignment to a helpdesk operator".  This is rediculous for a paid product to undertake an upgrade that breaks so many existing functions.  It has completely disrupted my work processes.

If you cannot take change management seriously, then I should not take your product seriously.

I cannot seem to add an image to anything.  I am getting a "not a valid image file" error.  I've tried png, gif, jpg nothing works.  I have the pro account.  Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

Another plea to let us set the background colour! I find it really hard to work with the grey background.

ALL my exisiting maps are unavailable, and I can´t create new maps...

It sucks... Don´t do like Microsoft and test your beta version on your customers please!

I cannot open any maps or create new ones anymore... and I recommended Mindheister to 2 people this week!

Just to clarify, I'd like to request the old black text on white background for mind maps. Working with grey on black is hurting my eyes...

Today I have been having problems with getting crash notices when I am on mindmeister.com.

Additionally, I can't seem to get new ideas created from the main content bubble.  I have been able to work around it by creating a sub-idea and then dragging it back to the main idea.  It would be nice if you could get this fixed soon.

I agree. The latest version is a step back. Super buggy. Older version wasn't much to brag about. Get back to work Mindmeister... please. And PLEASE put back the chat alert. Communication without it, well, i can't communicate real time with my co-workers now. Major pain in the neck.

I can't access the history time line as well. Argh!

Un-usable because it;'s so buggy! I keep creating nodes and they keep disappearing!  This happened several days ago when I first experienced the new version. I was hoping it was a beta version that you would have fixed by now. I am very angry because I am PAYING customer. Please fix this. thank you

Ditto on the crashing. Also no network icon to show that its connected to the servers or anything. It means suddenly it stops working. All very buggy on iPad and web version.

I wouldn't mind so much but I am paying for the service.

I sorry to read that others have been having problems with the new version. Unfortunately people are much more likely to log into a forum to report difficulties or dissatisfaction than to offer praise. I hope everyone's issues are worked out and I just want to add my opposite experience for anyone reading this topic who might be in the process of evaluating Mindmeister --

I love the new version, find it highly responsive, find the UI cleaner, and have experienced none of the above-reported problems. More than anything I have found over the years that Mindmeister has a responsive and responsible software development team.

I was a happy user before the web interface upgrade. The (large) company I work for has locked the possibility to install add-ins into Windows IE, which means I cannot add the Chrome addin and cannot MindMap anymore. Is there a possibility use the legacy interface in this type of situation?

I did not use the old version, so I only like the new very much (compliment) ... except the grey background.
Another vote tho change it or make it configurable.

Our iPad tester of Mindmeister reports inability to select a node to which it is intended to attach a sub topic...

I used Mindmeister on the iPad and found it very easy to use and the drawings were very Tony Buzan. So I took the opportunity on Black Friday to buy a year subscription. And now: it's black Sunday for me, because there are no more thick lines, the web version lags, background color (or any color?) is impossible to use. I am not amused. I can't work any more with this, because it just isn't Mindmapping any more, even the free software (like blumind) has more possibilities.

PLEASE RECONSIDER AND BRING BACK THE PREVIOUS VERSION!
