I experience the same issue, our corporate client allows only Internet Explorer, and no Chrome, not even the Chrome Frame Add-In. This worked fine before, the Chrome Frame Add-In was only optional.
I pay for this service, and right now I cannot use it at all with only IE 9, although your FAQ say that IE9 should be supported.
Please clarify!
This latest upgrade of Mindmeister is a disaster. My company restricts us to MSIE7 (groan) but at least I could use Mindmeister previously.
Please bring back the 'classic view'.
In your FAQ you say that you still supports IE 8 and above.
But when visiting with IE (8, 9 or even 10) I get the following message: "You are using an outdated version of Microsoft Internet Explorer that is not supported. You can still use MindMeister if you install the Google Chrome Frame Plugin."
Ok that Internet Explorer not might be supported, but it's not outdated.
And we would also like to use IE natively, without having to install Chrome Frame.

Microsoft automatically enables the IE7 compatibility mode for your browser.
Please disable the IE7 compatibility mode in your browser:

We are already in contact with Microsoft to remove MindMeister from the IE7 compatibility list.
Ok! I But that should be easy to fix, you can tell IE what mode to render in with a http-header (you can also specify it in a meta-tag).
So, I guess yoo only need to add some code to your existing X-UA-Compatible, something like this:

But of course in a corporate environment, disabling IE7 mode in the browser is disabled, so I suppose I have to accept - time to look elsewhere
Dear Matthew,
We contacted Microsoft to remove MindMeister from the compatibility list so it shouldn't switch to the compatibility mode anymore.
We are still waiting for a response of Microsoft but this will fix it.
