Outage - Cannot Access Any Maps!

Today I cannot access my maps. Error pops up saying the map cannot be initialized.
Anyone else have this problem? I hope this can be fixed quickly.

I noticed this yesterday already.
Cannot access with IE8, Opera11, Android Browser 2.3.4.
Seems like there is a certificate error too. Wonder if this is not related.
We really monitored this problems and fixed all current issues.
