Hi
I made my first Mindmap today on my Android phone. I am connected via Wifi and when I checked the web interface on my pc I noticed the new mindmap file there but none of the changes I made were on the site. Is there a way to "force" the app to sync with the web? My internet connection is working properly.

I have just downloaded the Android app and have the same problem.
For reference, I updated my map while NOT connected to the internet (on the subway to work). I hoped that my device would then re-connect and sync the updated map. But... it didn't work.
My mobile is a Nexus One, Android version 2.3.7, unlocked and running Cyanogen Mod 7
Is sync possible? A little help?

same situation as jesse above..
I have also created a mind map using the Android app. Two of the nodes I created are visible on the Web, but none of the rest are. I can still see the entire mind map on my Andriod device.
Same problem for me.
1) Created the map with android tablet
2) sync with PC, made mods
3) tablet not got PC mods
4) made mods with tablet
5) PC does not sync
6) map shared and colleague made mods
7) android get mods (additive since all nodes become visible even if existing nodes are not modified) but if I mod with android no sync
I have the same issue. Nodes propogate "down" from the web version, but don't propogate "up" from the Android version.
Any updates on this?
Same sync problem with Android and PC, It looks like an issue that has been known for a while, are there plans to fix it?
What drew me to test this software was it's 100% SAS and Android compatible. At this point I'm glad I haven't upgraded my subscription until the bugs are worked out. When will this be resolved?
Same problem here. Will not upgrade subscription because of this problem. SE Xperia on 2.3 Android & PC. Is there a hidden sync button? It seems seemless, just doesn't work. Any comment from mindmeister yet?
Hopefully they'll take the time to answer themselves, but FWIW: I've received a response on my support ticket that they ARE working on a solution.
I know this is a bit of an extended "me too" but I'm suffering the same issue here as well. This morning I created a map, in the Android app, with a good net connection in the background. Part of the map has shown up in the web interface but much of it is missing. I'm a little concerned to see this was first noted and asked about in October this year and it still seems to be an issue. I'm even more concerned that there appears to be no official word.
The map is intact on my Android device, but I don't appear to be able to push the latest version up to the web. Lack of auto-sync is annoying enough, but I could live with it as an intermittent problem if there was a manual sync button in the app.
I hate to pull the old "I'm paying for this service so I expect it to work" argument but... I am paying for it, even an official word about what's going on would be welcome.

We are really sorry for your inconveniences and fixed some issues in our last update. Please update to the latest version and contact us at android@mindmeister.com if you're still experiencing issues with syncing your maps.

Hey Oliver, since there appears to be no update in the app market or pushed to my phone I'm assuming 1.04 is the latest android version? If this is the case then I'm still experiencing issues with syncing maps. I tried to use the email address listed above, only to be told by gmail it was undeliverable.
I updated to the last version and i still have problems with sync. Its missing a button "Sync"...
Also not working for me. Painful to go to a meeting and the map is not updated.

this is not very encouraging to upgrade subscription. there are many other mindmapping warez.
Just thought I'd pop back in to say that recent updates have resolved the issue for me. I do wish they'd pay more attention to these fora though.
Just downloaded the android ap yesterday. It worked "ok". Today I can't log in. Gives error message that I need to be sure I have a network connection. I do. I submitted a ticket. But any help here would be appreciated.
